I am looking for an interesting, open minded and relatively tidy person for chilled flat share.

I am dead easy going bloke who likes living in a relaxed environment. I am passionate about film, books and music. I am also keen on cooking and travel and enjoy socialising and an occasional drink.

The flat is situated about a mile from the city centre and is very close to two main bus routes. Chorlton and Didsbury are also close.

The flat is a very nice modern property. Decent sized double room, shared lounge/kitchen/dining area and bathroom. Garage parking included.
