Bright room in friendly top floor 2 bed flatshare

Room has sloped ceiling with lots of light, two velux windows with blinds. Single bed in photo, but it will fit a double bed. A double bed will limit space in the room though. Unfurnished.

I'd like to find someone who'd want to stay for at least a year, but contract will be fixed for 6 months.

Living room/kitchen is large with lots of light provided by 6 velux windows. Airy in summer, warm in winter as we're on top floor (only 3 flights of stairs). You would have priority on use of living room, especially in the evening.

Bathroom is huge with big bath/excellent shower. Kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, gas hob (all fairly new) & large fridge/freezer.

10mins cycle to central Manc. 85 bus stops right outside to central Manc. Ubers & Bolt always available. 10mins walk to huge Asda in Hulme. 5mins walk from beautiful Alexandra Park.

Bills will be split 50/50 between us
water, energy, internet around 130 ÷ 2 = 65
Council tax: 135 ÷ 2 = 67.5
