Finding a new housemate

Hi! I'm looking for 1 girl for renting a house
(Starting 20th July 2026 - July 2027)

£500 per month exclude bills

-1 spacious bedroom, double bed, 3 toilets, kitchen, wifi, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave and much more.
-wide backyard

- house in front of bus stop
-10 minutes by bus to uni
- 5 minutes walk to tesco
- 10 minutes walk to asda hulme for groceries and farmfoods!! (Very very cheap halal meat/groceries)
and halal KFC
- 5mins walk to alexandra park
-peaceful neighbourhood and neighbours (you can sleep and study in peace)
