Lovely duble room with a view

Hello!

I’m offering a comfortable double room (can be furnished or unfurnished) in my warm and inviting two-bed terraced house. The house features a private garden and is part of a lovely neighbourhood community.

I’m a 43-year-old female looking for a friendly and considerate lodger to share my home. You’ll also be loving with my 4-year-old dog, a very affectionate crossbreed who loves cuddles and a good game of fetch - so being an animal lover would be nice 🐾

The house is well looked after and has everything you’d need: a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, a bathroom with both a bath and shower, plus extra attic space that’s handy for storage or drying laundry.

I’m a creative person who enjoys a calm, relaxed home. I’m friendly and sociable but also value personal space, and will absolutely respect yours too.

The room will be available from the mid of Jan. The train station and local shops are just a few minutes’ walk away, with a direct train to Manchester city centre taking around 20 minutes.
