I’m offering a comfortable double room in my warm and inviting two-bed terraced house. The house features a private garden and is part of a lovely neighbourhood community.

I’m a 42-year-old woman looking for a friendly and considerate lodger to share my home. You’ll also be sharing the space with my 2-year-old dog, a crossbreed who adores cuddles and playing fetch. So, a love for animals is a must!

The house is well-maintained and includes a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, a bathroom with both a shower and bath, and additional attic storage space that can also be used for drying laundry.

I’m a creative person who enjoys a calm environment. While I appreciate the company, I also value personal space and will respect yours as well. The room will be available from the end of July.

The train station and shops are just a few minutes' walk away, with a direct train to Manchester City Centre that takes about 20 minutes.
