My partner and I, along with our very friendly cat Lola, are looking for a considerate housemate to share our Victorian terraced home in Mossley.
The available room is a cosy double attic room on the third floor, offering plenty of privacy. It has excellent storage, including shelving and rafter storage, and now includes a clothes rail (not shown in the photos). Bedding and towels are also provided.
About the house & location:
• Situated in a lovely area with lots of greenery
• Just a 5-minute walk to Mossley train station (20 minutes to Manchester city centre)
• Shared use of the lounge, kitchen, dining room, and garden
• Parking available
• Washing machine and dishwasher free to use
• All bills included
• Cleaner visits every two weeks to clean communal areas
We’re a relaxed and tidy household and would love someone similar. Please note: to ensure everyone in the house feels safe and comfortable, we don’t have or allow overnight visitors.
