Double Attic Room

My partner and I, and our friendly cat Lola, have a spare double attic room in our victorian terraced house in Mossley. It's a nice area with plenty of greenery as well as being a 5 minute walk from the train station, taking 20 minutes to get to Manchester city centre. It is cosy and on the third floor of the house, so with privacy. The lounge, kitchen and dining room are free to use as well as the garden. Parking is available.
Washing machine and dishwasher are free to use. All bills are included and a cleaner will come fortnightly to clean communal areas. Bedding and towels are provided. The room has lots of storing, including shelving and storage in the rafters. Also, the photos don't show but there is now a clothes rail in the room.
