Decently sized single bedroom, could be very small double.

Room has single bed, TV, 2x wardrobes.

Upstairs Bath / Shower, Downstairs Toilet, also upstairs AC

Kitchen has all the mod cons, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, ice machine, bread maker, 4 airfryers (I'm 41 and have house mates, how normal are you expecting me to be), breadmaker, double oven, induction hob (Its rubbish),

Living Room has my treadmill, weights, free to use, giant TV, surround sound, my home office, back garden is really big, trying to get planning permission to extend in to it.

House has solar panels so is "green" if that interests.

Council Tax band A, which apparently needs to be stated now, but bills included, just dont have the heating on full with the windows open when its snowing, or leave the shower running for 30 minutes to warm up.

I had a falling out with streaming so cancelled EVERYTHING, live with a giant collection of DVDs/Blurays currently

Been offering lodgings for about 10 years, current lodger has been here since before COVID, the guy who just moved out was here over a year, so fairly good company I think.
