Luxury room available 24th November for 3 months

I'm an Australian who lives in Manchester, but I'm going back to Australia this Christmas for an extended trip. I depart November 24th and arrive back in Manchester 25th Feb.

I'm renting my room whilst I'm away. I'm a little flexible on the dates if necessary. My bedroom has a super-king bed, with a very comfortable, expensive mattress. It's a large room with a large chest of drawers and a wardrobe, plus a brand new 65" TV mounted on the wall.

The house is a two-bedroom terrace I purchased last year in a quiet, safe and friendly street in Moston, about a 10 minute drive from Manchester City Centre. I've done a complete top to bottom renovation of the home, the interior is tastefully designed, comfortable, bright and clean smart home. I've extended the back of the house and built a new larger kitchen with all the latest appliances.

The home also has a large dining room available for guests. I have gigabit fibre optic internet with ultra-fast wifi throughout the whole house. The bathroom is super cosy for the winter months, it has a heated floor, Japanese style toilet with bidet and heated seat and has a jacuzzi bath.

There is free street parking out the front of the house, otherwise, there are buses and trams near the house for easy public transport to the city.

I host a lovely Ukranian girl who came to the UK after the war started in the second bedroom. She is very quiet, tidy and polite and is a working professional with her own business.

I will give preference to a female tenant who's also a tidy and respectful person.
