Hi there!

I own this house and have lived here for 3 years! I’ve (finally) decorated the spare room & now am looking for some extra income and am putting the room out there for a lodger.

It’s £600 all together a month including bills and you’ll obviously have access to the whole house, shared garden, bathroom, kitchen & living space. Haven’t included pictures of these but happy to answer any questions but would show once you viewed the property. I may remove the desk from the room into my room as I currently work from home a few days a week.

I have a little 1 year old cat too who lives here. It’s only a about a 8-10 (if that) minute walk to the Newton Heath & Moston tram stop and then 10 mins to Victoria station so really easy to get into the city. It’s also only a 15 minute drive to Piccadilly train station too.

I’m just putting this ad out there to see if anyone would be interested. I still need to go through the whole process of applying through mortgage company etc (been told it wouldn’t take long) and then getting everything set. But feel free to reach out if interested! I would be thinking ideally from September onwards.

I would like to meet first and to show you round etc so can organise if you’re genuinely interested.

I’ve put all of my interests in the listing but generally love the outdoors & going to events etc but happy to chill out at home too! Just looking for someone who’s friendly and chilled!
