Luxury Superking Room - All bills included

Renting the master bedroom in my 3 bedroom house. It's a Superking room with a luxury mattress, high quality bedding, with a large wardrobe and large chest of drawers with plenty of bedroom storage. There is free street parking, or the house is only a 2 minute walk away from the bus stop with regular buses going into Manchester. The drive to the Norther Quarter is about 7-8 minutes from the house, or the bus is about 15 - 20 minutes depending on time of day.

I am the owner of the house and live in the loft, which has been converted in a third bedroom. The other smaller bedroom is occupied by a lovely Ukranian refugee and she's been staying with me for a number of months.

I've recently renovated the entire house from top to bottom. It's a full smart home that has been finished with high quality and luxury finishings. It's a very comfortable and cozy home.

All guests share the same bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom has a jacuzzi bath, Japanese toilet and heated mirrors. The kitchen has all modern appliances, air fryer and a large range of cooking utensils.

There is a large dining room that all three guests are welcome to use for eating or as a work from home space. There is a separate cinema room which is my private space, but I do welcome guests in my home to join me if I'm watching TV shows or movies in the evening.

I'm charging a flat rate of £800 for renting the master bedroom, this covers rent and all bills for the property (covers council tax, water, electricity, gas, and the gigabit fibre broadband I have in the property).

I'm a film producer and often travel for work, so I'm often away from the house, and my Ukrainian guest is incredibly quiet, friendly and polite and tends to study in her bedroom most of the time.

I am flexible on renting terms, I will welcome both short term tenants as well as people looking for a multi-month lease. I generally prefer female tenants but will consider males who are as equally clean and hygienic as I am. I generally only rent to a single person and don't allow additional guests, but have made exceptions to certain couples in the past - such as I had a lovely couple from Hong Kong come and stay for a couple of months when they first immigrated to the UK and needed a place to stay whilst they were setting up their new life here.

I'm welcoming of all types of people to my home, but will not accept guests who are into partying, excessive drinking / drug use etc. I live a very healthy lifestyle, into cooking good food, I go to the gym and do yoga every day.
