Lovely room in Moston in a privately owned home, shared with myself, my partner and one long-term housemate. Located in a nice area of Moston, close to all main bus routes into the city centre. Moston & Newton Heath Metrolink is a 5 minute walk.

The property is a 3 bedroom house, with front and rear gardens. All bills are included, should you wish your laundry to be washed and dried, then this comes with an extra charge of £50 per month.

All items in the photos come with the room, Sky box is on Freeview. Bedding and towels are also provided should you need them.

Must be OK with large breed dogs as we have 3 Weimaraners!

1 month rent as deposit.
