I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy until June, with the option to extend afterwards. The room is a small single room with a window that gets plenty of natural sunlight, making it bright and comfortable. It comes furnished with a single bed, a bedside table, and a clothes rack.

All bills are included, which makes things simple and hassle-free. There are currently 3 male tenants in the house, all working full time and not working from home.

There is a large shared living room and a spacious kitchen, ideal for relaxing or socialising.

The location is very convenient, with a bus stop right outside the house and parking available if you have a car.
