Room is furnished with wardrobes, desk and chair and can have either a double bed or single beds.

Bathroom has cupboard for toiletries, sink, bath and over bath shower. Seperate toilet to the side of the bathroom.

Kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven with gas hob, american style fridge freezer and large microwave. It is fully equipped with kettle, toaster and other cooking utensils and equipment.

The garden has been designed and has a dinning area and BBQ at the back.

Parking is avaliable on the street, and its a 2 min walk to the nearest bus stop. Train and trams are a short distance away going into victoria. Typical bus time into town center is aprox 15-20 mins.

Local shops, pub and takeaways are within a 2 min walk with a large supermarket about 15 mins walk.

All bills including broadband are included.

Smokers can use the garden but cannot smoke inside the house.
