Double room available

Double room comes with bed, drawer and built in wardrobe.
Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. I would like the shared areas to be kept clean.

Location is next to the Wythenshawe Hospital, only 10 min walk to the tram stop to go either Manchester City centre or to the airport. Bus stop to Altrincham or Stockport is also only 10 min walk.

I have only put 6 months for maximum stay because I do not know my circumstances yet for next year, but its possible to stay longer.

I ideally looking for someone that is okay with my working hours. I work in hospitality and can finish very late most days and always working weekends too. Once I get home I do go straight to bed.
