Room to rent / flatmate needed.

Hi there!

I am looking for a friendly female flatmate to join the house I am renting in Newton Heath.

Your room would be a furnished bedroom with a small double bed. It has a wardrobe, two bedside tables, a lamp, chest of drawers and a mirror. The pcm includes all the bills and rent (also wifi).

The property itself is a 2 bedroom house that consists of a large living room with a kitchen, a dining room, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 2 bedrooms and a small garden. There is also a parking space available in front of the property.

There are plenty of various appliances in the kitchen which you can use, including a dishwasher. In the living room you can find a large TV, ps4, comfy sofas and a lot of cat toys/furniture.

If you do not drive, there is a bus stop 5 minutes away from the property - the buses go towards either city centre or Failsworth.

I am a female working professional based in Newton Heath, Manchester. In my spare time, I play games, read books, look at dank memes, watch TV, exercise and also I cycle everywhere. I spend a lot of my time playing with my indoor cat, who is an active and talkative sweetheart. I absolutely love animals, that is why I do not eat meat or drink milk.
I enjoy company, however I also do enjoy quiet. Not a fan of loud TV/music/parties.

As for my flatmate, I am looking for someone I can be friends with. Easy-going, clean, reliable, responsible and reasonably quiet. Must love cats. If you have your own indoor cat, I will be more than happy to introduce it to my cat, as well as take care of your cat when you are away.
