- 2-bedroom, ground floor apartment. Comprising of entrance hallway, master bedroom, en-suite, second bedroom, main bathroom, laundry cupboard, open plan living, dining and kitchen area. (Floor plan in last picture).
- Amenities – Large fridge freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, L sofa, smart TV, smart lights.
- The apartment is fully furnished and move in ready. While the living spaces are shared, theres not much space for additional personal belongings so please let me know if you’d like to bring anything with you.
- The apartment is fully interior designed in a Mediterranean villa style, with lime wash walls and travertine tiling.
- I own the apartment and I’ll be staying in the master bedroom which has an en-suite, so generally you’ll have the main bathroom to yourself, which includes a bath, shower, cupboard, washing basket.
- Comes with secure gated parking with two parking spaces so you’re free to use one.
The Room:

- Large Wardrobe
- Small Chest of Drawers
- Large Wooden Shelf

The room is relatively small, hence the affordable rent price, but is fully furnished with everything you need. While the rest of the house including living room, kitchen and bathroom is spacious.
Because of the limewash paint you just wouldn’t be able to put any blue-tac or nails in the wall, however can use command strips.
Surrounding Area:
- Located in Newton Heath, just off of Oldham Road. 10 minute drive into town, with the Newton Moston tram stop just a 5 minute walk away (Pink line). Buses are also very frequent.
- Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons, Petrol Stations, Post Office, Cash Machines all within close range and most within walking distance.
Tenancy & Bills:
- Rent is £600 per month and includes all bills. Paid on the 1st of month. Setting up a standing order would be a requirement.
- Bills include electric, gas, water, council tax, super fast fibre broadband, Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.
- £600 deposit (= to 1 months rent)
- Minimum of 6 months stay, with a rolling contract afterwards. If we get on we can keep the contract going for as long as is good for both of us.
Pets:
I have a family dog (miniature Schnauzer) who comes to visit every few weeks and he doesn’t get on with cats unfortunately. A small dog could be okay so long as they’re fully house/toilet trained, but it’d be a case of having to wipe their paws each time they went out due to the light coloured furniture.
About Me:
- I’m a 30 year old professional and fashion brand owner who currently works from home
- I’m an extremely clean and tidy person
- I keep active and usually go to the gym in the mornings
- I’m very sociable but also like to chill out and do my own thing
- I go out regularly to bars, restaurants, music events
- Music I like: Hip hop, minimal techno, R&B, soul, funk, jazz, reggae, UK rap
- I may have friends round every now and then
What I’m Looking For:
- A young professional
- Must be extremely clean and tidy, be able to clean up after themselves and contribute to house jobs
- Must respect the house and furniture
- Someone sociable who doesn’t mind music, or some lively weekends
- Since it’s my home I’d rather have someone I can really get on with rather than just a house mate so would prefer someone sociable who likes to go out
- I’m a Christian and I do have some Greek Orthodox icons around the house. It’s not a requirement that you’re Christian too, just as long as you don’t mind
