- 2-bedroom, ground floor apartment. Comprising of entrance hallway, master bedroom, en-suite, second bedroom, main bathroom, laundry cupboard, open plan living, dining and kitchen area. (Floor plan in last picture)

- The apartment is fully interior designed in a Mediterranean villa style, with lime wash walls and travertine tiling
- I own the apartment and I’ll be staying in the master bedroom which has an en-suite, so generally you’ll have the main bathroom to yourself, which includes a bath and shower
- Comes with secure gated parking with two parking spaces so you’re free to use one
The Room:
Currently shown in the pictures as the office. Once I find a tenant, I’ll be fully furnishing the room with;

If you already have some of your own furniture you’d want to bring, just let me know and I can furnish the rest of the room.
Because of the limewash paint you just wouldn’t be able to put any blue-tac or nails in the wall. But, if you’re wanting to add something more permanent like shelving, let me know and I can sort that for you.
Surrounding Area:
- Located in Newton Heath, just off of Oldham Road. 10 minute drive into town, with the Newton Moston tram stop just a 5 minute walk away (Pink line). Buses are also very frequent.
- Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons, Petrol Stations, Post Office, Cash Machines all within close range and most within walking distance.
Tenancy & Bills:
- Rent is £500 per month. Includes very fast Fibre Broadband
- Bills are paid separately – electric, gas, water (generally around £100 per month)
- Council tax is paid separately (Band A)
- £575 deposit
- Will be based on a 3 month rolling contract. If we get on we can keep the contract going for as long as is good for both of us
Pets:
Open to pets but it depends. I wouldn’t consider any pets with excessive shedding or who aren’t toilet trained. House pets are fine, but for dogs it’d be a case of having to wipe their paws each time they went out due to the light coloured furniture.
About Me:
- I’m a 28 year old professional who works from home
- I’m also currently doing a masters in fashion
- I’m an extremely clean and tidy person.
- I keep active and usually go to the gym in the mornings
- I’m very sociable but also like to chill out and do my own thing
- I go out regularly to bars, restaurants, techno raves
- Music I like: Hip hop, techno, reggae, soul, funk, UK rap

- Must be extremely clean and tidy, be able to clean up after themselves and contribute to house jobs

- Someone sociable who doesn’t mind music, or some lively weekends
- Since it’s my home I’d rather have someone I can really get on with rather than just a tenant so would prefer someone who likes to go out
- I am Christian and I do have some Greek Orthodox icons around the house. It’s not a requirement that you’re Christian too, just as long as you don’t mind
