Short term let- Bright room with TV

Hello,

I have a bright room in a three bedroom house to rent on a short term basis ( minimum of 1 months and maximum of 6 months). The room comes with its own 40 inch TV as well as a brand new bed. The house itself is clean and spacious and boasts two reception rooms, a large kitchen with a pantry, a shared bathroom, a decent sized front and back lawn. Room is for single occupancy only
No smoking
There is a boiler tucked away in one of the wardrobes in the room.
