I have a spacious and well-lit double bedroom to rent in 2-bed fully refurbished and furnished house. Everything is brand new. Please, note the washer dryer on the picture in the kitchen has just arrived from a store and will be installed within the next 2 days.

The shared areas are:

3. Bathroom

The house is 14mins by car and 28mins by public transportation from the city centre.
In the area where the house is based, there are the following:
1. Tram stop 15mins walking distance
2. Bus stop 5mins walk
3. Morrisons 9mins walking distance
4. Asda 8mins walking distance
5. Lidl 10mins walking distance
6. Aldi & Tesco Extra 20mins walking distance
7. 24-hr gym 10mins walking distance

There’s already one tenant. She is 28 years old professional Spanish Teacher who likes cooking, travelling and socialise to create a good home vibe in the house while respecting each other’s privacy.
This house is only for two tenants, so there will be a great chance to have a lot of privacy, because the house is spacious.

Bills are included and there is a parking space outside of the house. There’s also a storage unit which can be available for a small charge if needed.
Upon successful completion, you will have a direct contact to me 24hrs a day to raise any issues which I will deal with myself immediately or send my contractor if necessary.
