1 room available - we'll be away Jan-Apr

We're a couple looking for a lodger. We're travelling Jan-April, so the whole house will be free during that time.

We're flexible on dates. If you're a person who'd rather just be here for the 4 months we're away, that works. Equally, we're happy to have a lodger who wants tor rent for longer.

To clarify, our room will be locked during this time, and you'll have the rest the house to yourself - including the office.

The back garden is quite big, and you'd be welcome to grow veg/have a section to yourself. It gets a decent amount of sun.

We have two ducks in the garden, and Ben's sister/a pet sitter will need to come in every few days during the months we're away to take care of them.

Any sort of hypoallergenic pet is fine. When we're here we occasionally look after a cockapoo dog.

The room contains:
- Double bed
- Chest of drawers
- Small desk

We'd consider taking most of the furniture out if you want to bring some of your own.
