Room to Rent – Relaxed Home with a Dog & Cat 🐾

Hey! I’m a professional lesbian in my 40s looking for someone easy-going to rent a room in my place. The house has a really relaxed vibe — it’s definitely a “make yourself at home” kind of setup.

You’ll need to be ok with animals as I’ve got a lovely dog and cat who run the show. I work a lot and travel quite a bit, so you’d have the place to yourself loads of the time. But when I’m around, I’m always up for a chat, a beer, and cooking tea with some tunes on.

The room can be redecorated however you like, and I’m currently giving the kitchen and bathroom a bit of a revamp so everything’s looking fresh.

Location-wise, it’s super handy — only about a 6-minute drive to the city centre, and there’s a bus and tram stop right at the end of the road.
