Small single room for rent-15 mins to city center

Hello,

I have a small box room to rent in a quiet residential area in Newton heath. The room comes with a standard single bed, a cloth rack and a side drawer. The house has two toilets, a shared living room, a large kitchen and a spacious backyard. There is a bus stop a few mins walk to the property and also a tram station with good connections in and around the Manchester area. There are two other people living in the property (2 females) but don't mind the gender for the room on offer. If interested, please get in touch and we can arrange a viewing.
