Northenden/Didsbury border, spacious double

Hi there, I have a spacious double room available in my two bed house. Located close to the Northenden/Didsbury border, very close to Palatine road with shops/amenities. Easy access to public transport (direct buses to the airport, Wythenshawe hospital, and into city cen). The river Mersey is also very close by for walks/cycling into West/East Didsbury.
The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Downstairs there’s a separate dining room, and two living rooms (1 a converted basement). A spacious south west facing yard, great for bbq's.
I’m easy going, laid back, tidy and friendly female, I esp enjoy live music, travel, food and fitness. I'm not someone who has heavy nights outs, instead i enjoy restaurants and nice little bars, or a chilled out night in.
I have many years (v positive) experience living in a house share. Ideally i'm looking for a tidy, clean, considerate and easy going person. If you're interested feel free to get in contact. Thanks Natalia x
