I'm a 34 year old professional and I like going out and exploring the city, or just having a drink in Didsbury. Although I'll happily stay in playing Mario Kart . I’m looking for someone who’s friendly and social. If you like a chat, we'll get on well.
The house itself is bright and airy, with a modern fitted kitchen and a garden which is really nice to sit out in during the summer. The room includes a double bed and mattress and a clothes rail.
Rent is £550 per month for the room including bills (Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax, Internet, TV License)

-Private parking space included
-5 mins walk to the nearest bus stop or the River Mersey
-25 mins walk to West Didsbury (or a 5 minute Uber) and 25 mins walk up the river to Didsbury Village.
-Shower and bath
Want to meet anyone who's interested before. Finding someone who I will get on is the most important thing.
