This house is part of a quiet close with friendly respectful neighbours. There's parking behind the house and a shared green space at the front, with your own small garden patch right outside the front door.

Petrol station right nearby, tesco express and co-op on doorstep and an Aldi 5 mins drive away. Excellent broadband available.

The property consists of a large family room and small bedroom on the bottom floor. We have been using those the opposite way, the bigger room has been a great bedroom and the smaller a home office. There is a small bathroom with a shower on this floor.

The middle floor has an amazing light filled living room and kitchen with washing machine and can come with a fridge and microwave if desired else we will sell ours on.

The top floor has a large bedroom as well as a medium. Both have hidden storage space. The bathroom on this floor is very high-ceilinged and has a bath with waterfall shower.

The house really is lovely and in a quiet area, however for personal reasons me and the other tenant both want to leave. The agency is absolutely fantastic with 5 star reviews everywhere you look.

This place does not have a HMO license so there is a two household maximum, aka two friends or a couple and a friend. Also a couple and any number of kids works fine too.
