Double Room in modern 2 Bed House

I have a nice, recently refurbished double room available for rent. My house is a short walk from Northenden High Street, and the River Mersey. There is a bus stop nearby (City Centre - Airport) and Didsbury is also a leisurely walk or short drive away.

About me - I work from home so am at home a lot. I am clean and tidy, but otherwise pretty chilled. I enjoy music, reading, cooking, fitness (part of local running club, play squash and cycle). I work in digital design.

Looking for a professional who thinks they'd get on with the above and works a 9–5 pattern or similar. Unfortunately, shift workers, late workers, cabin crew, etc, would not be suitable.

Happy to live with someone who'd either like to socialize or keep themselves to themselves. It is a small house overall though and I do wfh, so please bear this in mind :)
