Flatmate wanted ASAP

I am 25 years old, currently working as cabin crew but hoping to move onto something else soon, preferably in either teaching or the sport science domain.
I enjoy reading - my most recent read being If We Were Villain by M. L.Rio; swimming, going to the gym, watching films, and travelling. A night out is good every now and then but I also like staying in and watching tv.
I am a tidy person and am looking for a flatmate that will also keep things tidy in the flat. The flat is in Northenden, on the 43 bus route, has a shared living room and kitchen and the free room has an en suite. There is no back garden but the River Mersey is a 10 minute walk away with outdoor spaces close by, as well as a pub with a great beer garden.
The room is available now so a move in date to suit you can be discussed. The rent will be £450 a month, with the bills bringing it to roughly £600, bills including broadband, water, electric and council tax.
