Double bedroom in northenden

Decent sized double bedroom with some storage (no ensuite sorry) in nice house with garden, on a quiet street with good access to public transport and motorways. Room will be cleared out soon. There is plenty of parking but not allocated/private.
Living alone with my dog. I cannot afford the place on my own anymore, therefore need a housemate or move out myself.
My dog is a small parsons terrier and quite anxious and difficult with some people. So if you're not a dog person there's no hope.
As long as you're respectful and clean/tidy and get on with my dog, we'll be sound.
