Double room in lovely house

Hi

We are two female professionals living in a lovely house in Northenden and we have a double room available.

The house is great and you will have full use of it. It has been fully refurbished, it's clean, tidy, comfortable and the area is really quiet. The house doesn't back onto other houses and it's not on a main road. It's a cool house to live in and only a 15 min walk to West Didsbury.

We have a garden and patio and it's lovely to sit out there in the summer and relax and bbq. In the winter the house is warm and secure.

We have a nice cat and we would like to have someone that likes cats (willing to look after/feed etc), has a sense of humour, is sociable, easy going and clean/tidy
