Single room in lovely house

Hi. I'm a live OUT landlord and we are are looking for someone to move into the spare single bedroom from March. The room is bright, clean and makes a nice but v small room.

The house is great and you will have full use of it. It has been fully refurbished, it's clean, tidy, comfortable and the area is really quiet. The house doesn't back onto other houses and it's not on a main road. It's a good house to live in and has transport links to the City Centre, Manchester Airport and Sale area

There is a garden and patio and it's lovely to sit out there in the summer and relax and bbq. In the winter the house is warm, comfortable and secure.

The current housemates are both working for an airline and looking someone sociable but chilled with a good sense of humour and easy going. It's not a wild house!

The house comes with an independent cat (Alfredo) who needs feeding and occasionally stroking! We must have a cat lover who is willing to take on this responsibility.
