Bathroom with a bath, shower and a separate wc.
The house has all amenities, washing machine, your very own fridge/freezer, fast broadband & wifi and plenty of on road parking outside the house.
The house is clean and tidy & has a living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

I am looking for a female lodger. Please do not contact me if you arw not female. You must be tidy, considerate and a non smoker.

I work part time from home so there will never be any queues for the bathroom in the mornings!
I am also studying at college.

The property is less than a 2 minute walk to the Metrolink station that goes to City Centre and takes only 20 minutes!
And a 10 min drive to Mcr Airport or 20 min tram ride.
There are excellent bus routes nearby.
And the property is also located near the M60 & M56 motorways.

The property is close to all amenities - walking distance to local shops, supermarkets, library, chemist, Post Office, bars and restaurants, Green Flag Award Winning Park that has tennis, cycling, horse riding and golf facilities.
The road is away from the main road & is very quiet.
