Large double room in 3-bed semi available in Sale

Hi,

I have a double room available in my 3-bed semi in Sale. I live right by a tram stop with a direct route into Manchester city centre and have plenty of parking (2 car drive and on street parking too).

I work away a lot, and try to visit my boyfriend in Birmingham at weekends when I can. I'm a 9-6er when I'm not on site, so I do like a slouch on the sofa during the week.

I like running, baking, wine, coffee and tea. And chocolate.

I do like drinks and dinner, but I'm equally as happy on the sofa too. I do have a garden - it's a lovely little south facing sun trap - wine and BBQ afternoons in the summer are a must.

Rent includes super fast broadband and sky along with all other bills. Furnished room, and all your typical ammenties you can expect (washer/cooker etc).
