The advertised room is a small/medium sized fully furnished double room in a newly decorated home (freshly painted and decorated throughout). The home has WI-FI (Fibre Broadband), good sized rear and front garden, ample parking, CCTV for home security. A spare wardrobe in the third room can be provided if needed. As the houseshare is only with me and my room has got ensuite bathroom, therefore, almost all the time you would have the main bathroom to yourselves i. e. no queuing at all :).

In the house there is a kitchen, living room, downstairs toilet and dinning room.

Nearest tram stop is less than 10 seconds walk. The property is also located very close to the M60 & M56 motorways.

Open to all types of let and therefore rent can be negotiated for the right person and basis of the rental. Short term rental will be preferred.

You must be tidy, considerate and a non smoker please.
