Friendly House Looking for a new housemate

Hi,

We are Paul and Hannah and our other two housemates are moving out to grow up, buy houses, move in with partners etc. So, we have one double unfurnished bedroom available from 22 May 2022. The whole house was unfurnished when Fran moved in (years and years ago) so we are losing some key bits of furniture, TBC.

There are two bathrooms in the property, split between us. We have a great garden, large kitchen, open-plan living room/dining room, a utility room and a basement.

We're within walking distance from Old Trafford and Trafford Bar Metrolink stops and there is a bus stop with links to the city centre at the end of the road. We're in a quiet residential area, on the edge of Whalley Range and Chorlton, so lots of nice places nearby for food and a pint.
We'd prefer a mature student or a professional.

Hannah is a Support Worker for a homeless charity and Paul is a Construction Supervisor. We have our own interests but we do enjoy spending time together at home and outside of work. It would be great to meet someone to be part of that!

Bills are not included (approx £80 pm/pp).
