Double Room, great location and transport links

I’m quite a laid back guy but also active so would like to live with someone similar. Preferably vegetarian or pescatarian because it’s easy to cook/share food together but it’s not the end of the world if you’re not. The room available is a decent size, living room is quite spacious, sky broadband tv is included. Theres a great view of Old Trafford from the balcony and all the tenants on my floor are friendly. Any questions or issues with the flat, the building manager is also a lovely guy and always willing to help.
