LGBT friendly double rooms in Chorlton/ Trafford

- I have 1 large double bedroom available in my 4 bed home. The rent is inclusive of all bills but we all chip in £40 extra a month and share communal goods and have a cleaner.
- The room is a large double with plenty of storage - free standing wardrobe, bed side drawers, desk, and chest of draws, also with a double bed. £700 inc. bills/ month.
- Character house which has been renovated in the last 5 years; includes a communal lounge, large kitchen ideal for cooking and entertaining, 2 bathrooms.
- GREAT LOCATION - The house is located near bars in Whalley Range, and a 5 minute walk to the Unicorn Supermarket and Chorlton bars and shops. We are also a 5 minute walk to Firswood Tram Stop. This is 3 stops to Deansgate and 1 from Chorlton. There is a bus stop 1 minute from the house.
- Currently, I live in the house and have one female & one non-binary professional housemates. We all identify as queer and whilst we have no preference on orientation, you must be comfortable with this.
- Ideally looking for somebody friendly and easy to get on with. I am a professional but enjoy socialising. The vibe in the house is social, but with our own space too. Friends are welcome to visit, it is a very relaxed house.
- Ideally looking for someone who doesn't work from home, purely because we don't heat the house in the daytime in the week. Heating is of course on at other times!
- I love to cook, spend time in the garden (when Manchester weather permits!), listen to music, potter at home, socialise and entertain, and spend the odd evening chatting with a glass of G&T or 2! We enjoy occasional parties too.
- Keen to find somebody tidy and clean. We have a relaxed atmosphere in the house, but like it to be clean and tidy.
- Large back GARDEN ideal for having friends over.
- Also have 1 really friendly dog called Herbie - he is a puppy so training is coming on, but ongoing.
