Beautiful huge sunny room Old Trafford

I'm moving out of my lovely room which will be painful to part with.. Very spacious, I have my desk, big double bed, corner for reading and meditating and plenty of space for yoga. It's the top floor so very peaceful, you won't hear a thing.
Two exciting flat mates are very sound, easy going, tidy, always up for the craic!
The room itself isn't going to be furnished but very cheap and easy to get another desk in etc..
The rest of the house is lovely, gets a lot of light especially at the front of the house, all day. Sunny living area with a good sound system for movies and playing records.
Massive kitchen with lots of cupboard space.

Back yard which is a nice place for coffee in the morning and entrance to the alleyway behind the house.
There is a studio which is an office space also!
