I am currently looking for a new housemate (or housemates) to join me in a beautiful house located in Old Trafford from May :)

The room is very large (4mx4.5m), bright and comes furnished (not the day bed on the pictures).

The house itself has high ceilings, wooden floors and double glazing throughout. We are located in between two lovely parks and within walking distance from Chorlton and town. There is also street parking available.

We have a beautiful living area and fully fitted kitchen! We have a small spare room that isn't up for rent that can be used for visitors when covid regulations allow. We have a small backyard to enjoy a bit of sunshine in the afternoons.

Pets are allowed (cats and small dogs) and deposit will be changed accordingly
