Smallish double room Old Trafford

*We are looking for a female ideally , but will consider males.

The room is a smallish double room with a double bed, desk and storage space.

The house is with a couple (also our 22 year old daughter is here part time). We work in the public sector.

House is in Old Trafford. It is quite close to the city centre, universities, has parks and shops nearby and is a 10 minute walk to the nearest bus and tram stop). There is free parking available on the street. The house has a large living room and dining room, kitchen, large upstairs bathroom, downstairs toilet/utility room and a back yard with lots of plants and dining space.

It is a very friendly, quiet (ish) home. We work outside and in the house some days.

We have a 2 year old dog (Saluki cross) who is still quite new (ish) to us. She is still young and energetic so it’s best if you like dogs.

We would prefer someone with progressive, left leaning values.

Room is available from now onwards and we are looking for somebody to move in asap. 3 month minimum stay is preferred.
