So unfortunately my flatmate is moving out at the end of June.
I’m looking for someone to move into this flat with me. It’s a en-suite double room with furniture included (bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers)
It’s located 5 mins away from old Trafford tram stop
Rent is £555 currently (likely to increase slightly) Wifi is included in rent. Bill total usually £150 a month. So total cost is approx £700 pcm.
I’m a pretty chilled person. Ideally looking for someone who is friendly, clean, likes nights out 🥳 but also likes chilled nights in. Would probably suit someone who is also a professional and working full-time. I usually WFH 2 days a week and 3 days in the office.
