My name is Jennifer and I am an Irish-Nigerian banking professional that moved to Manchester 5 years ago.
My good friend/flatmate is moving out at the end of the month so a new flatmate is needed until at least the end of December when the tenancy is over. There is an opportunity to extend thereafter.
There is a tram stop 5 mins away which gets you into central Manchester very quickly (I work in Piccadilly Gardens and get to the office in about 25/30 mins door to door). There is also a retail park with M&S, Home Bargains, Aldi, and GymGroup 5 mins away, and a big Tesco also 5/7 mins away. Lots of other shops, takeaways, and amenities nearby too.
The flat comes with free parking, and you will be given a parking permit should you move in.
