1 Double Bedroom with own bathroom and parking

Please note this is for November move in :)
Hey, my flatmate/ bestie is sadly moving back home and so I am looking for someone to take over her room because I love this flat and want to stay in Manchester.

The Flat is a 2 bed. I have the en-suite, however the main bathroom (which is bigger) would be yours. There’s a lovely open plan kitchen/ living room and a balcony which looks onto the canal. It’s so nice on summer days!
The apartment building has security overnight and a gym. The tram stop Pomona is a 3 min walk away and goes into town but also to the Trafford centre and to media city. Media city is also around 20 min walk along the canal which is one of my fav places to walk in the evenings

There is a parking space with the flat. I do not have a car but my current flatmate does, so she pays slightly more rent due to that added bonus. However if you do not drive am happy to split the rent equally and we could rent out the parking space :)

I am a nurse and so I do work shift work meaning sometimes I have days off in the week and sometimes I work weekends. However I am looking for someone who would want to be friends and hang out sometimes seeing as I’m new to Manchester still.
I like having nights in but I also love going for evening walks, drinks in the city, but also love going to bakeries and for brunch. I do also love a night out every now and then. I also like reading, going to parks and I really want to try travel more in the next year!
I do obviously like my own space and chill days alone sometimes too :)

I would like someone who is clean and tidy and who is respectful of other people’s space etc.
