Room available in friendly house share

I am looking for a new lodger to move into my home in Old Trafford.

Currently 2 of us live here. We both work full time and we got on really well. We would prefer to live with another woman, but we are open to a housemates of any gender just as long as they are clean, tidy and respectful.

We like to live in a nice, calm and clean space so someone who will contribute to housework and wants to live in a tidy, relaxing home would be ideal!

It’s important that we all get on so ideally you should share similar values. We definitely enjoy a drink and a night out at the weekends, but during the working week we like to keep it as calm as chill as possible.

The room is a double and has an original fireplace in it. It comes fully furnished, if you need any additional furniture for the room, of course this can be discussed. If you have lots of belongings there are also extra bits of storage around the house which you would be more than welcome to use including a cellar. There’s a lovely big living room, dining room and a good kitchen with all major appliances (oven, grill, washer, microwave & coffee machine).

The house is next to two beautiful parks and is less than a 10-minute walk to Trafford bar tram stop, so perfect for travelling into the city or elsewhere. We are around a 15/20-minute walk to Chorlton. Plus, nearby there are many cafes, supermarkets and other amenities. The area is really safe and friendly and we get on well with our neighbours.

Rent is £580 a month with all bills included. It’s not a fixed term contract you just need to give 4 weeks’ notice to end the contract and I’d do the same.
