The apartment is a 2-3 minute walk from the tram stop and is a very quick commute into the city (10 minutes).
The apartment is furnished and room is with en-suite. There is also a large bathroom with a bath. The balcony is large and overlooks the city, river Irwell, and media city.
The building has a Gym, movie room and bike storage.
Flat comes with parking - if you don’t need the spot, easy rentable for around £75-100.
Ny flat mate that you’ll be moving in with is really easy going and a great flat mate, and we’ve lived together for around 2 years. He’s looking for someone friendly and easy to live with. Guy or girl.

Other flatmate works from home full time so ideally looking for someone would predominately we working from an office.
