Room in a Flat Available in Old Trafford

I am looking for a flatmate to move into a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Old Trafford. My current flatmate is moving out so I am looking for someone who would like to fill the second room.

It is a great location for access to the city centre, as the Trafford Bar and Old Trafford tram stops only being a 7 minute and 5 minute walk away respectively. I will be happy to provide the specific location in a separate chat of course!

The room which is becoming available is a double bedroom with a separate spacious bathroom. I also have a video tour of the apartment which I will be happy to provide upon further conversation.

Rent is £650 a month and it includes the payment for broadband. Water, electricity and council tax (if you’re eligible to pay, ie if you are a student you will not have to pay) are paid for separately and they amount to about £150 each.
