- 5-minute walk to Trafford Bar tram station, and less than 10 minutes tram to the city center.
- Well-connected and in a peaceful area with a nearby park for walks.
**About the Flat:**
- Newly built with modern amenities and a comfortable, spacious layout, a decent-sized balcony.
- Brand new kitchen with all modern appliances.
- 24-hour concierge and secure entry.
**About the Room:**
- Good-sized bedroom, comes with double-size bed, wardrobe, 2 bedside table, can easily fit in a large desk if you have and it’s en suite. It’s also facing south, so you would enjoy a good amount of sunshine.
**Bills:**
- Council tax: Band B £67/person
- Water & electricity: Around £80-100/person(depends on usage)
- Wi-Fi: £15 /person
*Deposit:**
- Either 5 weeks security deposit or 1 week nonrefundable reposit.
**Viewing:**
- Physical viewings are hard for next week as the current tenant is still there, but please refer to the video uploaded, which has the same layout but one floor above. I am taking holidays from 19th of Sep. so ideally, I would like to confirm with someone before that.
**Availability:**
- From October 16th
