Looking for someone to take over my tenancy

I’m moving out of my flat and need to find someone to take over my tenancy. It’s a nice two bedroom & two bathroom flat in Trafford, right near Trafford Bar and Old Trafford tram stops. It’s a 45 min walk from the universities (or 30 mins on the tram/bus) and it’s quick and easy to get into Manchester City Centre on the tram/bus (under 30 mins).

One bedroom is available, it’s a gated and fobbed building so it’s very secure and safe.
Rent will be between £560-£610 per person pcm, broadband is included for free.

You’d be signing a 12 month contract. I’m flexible for when I can move out so it could be any time that suits you best within the next few months.

You’d be moving in with my lovely housemate Sabrina and her very sweet cat, Bonnie.
