Double bedroom with En-suite - in two bed flat

Looking for someone to take over my housemates tenancy from the end of December. This will be for initially 6months with the ability to renew after this time.

The flat is fully furnished and a 20 minute walk (or 5 min tram) to media city, and less than 10 minutes on the tram to the city centre- there’s a tram stop right by the flat, and the balcony is facing the waters.
The apartment comes with a gym space, and cinema room all included in the rent.

You will have a double room with en suite (I have my own bathroom) which has a mirrored wardrobe, draws, bed side table and desk.

Rent is £662.50 plus bills, which are roughly £170 each - TV license would be additional.

You’ll be sharing the flat with myself! I’m 26, work 11-7ish Monday-Friday and I work in town most days, occasionally I WFH on a Friday.

I’m really into my exercise- I love running, Pilates, swimming, gym etc and I love getting out and about on the weekend for coffee & a pastry, drinks, dinner etc, I’m up for most things.

I’m pretty social but I also like my quiet wholesome time at home too. I’m looking for someone who’s respectful, clean and tidy, but also someone similar that I can be friends with!
