A lovely ground floor double room that needs to be filled by 15th of Jan, short notice. (There is also the option to take another room but no photos available at the moment, this one better in my opinion).

The house is located near the Trafford / Whalley Range boarder. It’s a 15 min walk to the big ASDA and there’s plenty of shops, grocers and take aways close by. We have a lovely big kitchen and a yard out the back.

Rent is £412 PCM bills usually around £70 PCM
We’re ideally looking for a clean and considerate house mate who appreciates a balance of community and privacy.
Lovers of music, art, culture, sport, food, outdoors and generally anyone passionate about nerdy, creative or wholesome things are probably more desirable.

We love music, dancing and making weird noises for fun but not a big party house and so we’re not looking to get smashed and have loads of after parties etc.
