Double room available in LGBT flat share

I have a double room available in the M16 area of Old Trafford. The room is furnished and available immediately. The rent is £600 per calendar month, which includes all bills. The apartment has two bathrooms, and you will have access to the kitchen. The tenancy period is flexible and can be short-term or long-term, which we can discuss when you view the apartment. I currently live here with my husband and dog. We would preferably like another gay man, but others are welcome to apply and will be considered. The apartment is occasionally used as a creator location, which I can explain when you call. There are good transport links to the city centre.
