Small Double in Lovely Home in Old Trafford

Hi,

I’m looking for a new lodger for the third room in my lovely home in old Trafford. We’re currently 2 women aged 26 & 34 and would prefer another woman in a similar sort of age range. Rent is £415 all together (£280 rent and £135 bills).

It’s important to me to live in a calm, clean, and tidy space so whoever moves should be on the same page about this.

The room is fairly small so might not be suitable for someone who works from home a lot or has loads of stuff but there is a cellar if you have larger items that need storing and a few other bits of storage around the house.

There’s a shared living room, dining room, bathroom with bath & shower, fully equipped kitchen, and a little yard out the back.

It’s important that we all get on so ideally you should share similar values, are lgbt+ friendly, anti-racist etc. I enjoy a night out at the weekends but do like to keep things as calm as possible during the week.

It’s not a fixed term contract, you just need to give a minimum of 4 weeks notice if you plan to leave and I would do the same. Move in date would ideally be around the start of April but could be flexible on this for the right person.
