Room with own bathroom in 2 bed flat available

I’m Matt, 25 year old accountant looking for someone to replace my current flatmate and friend in 2 bed flat. He is leaving due to being a junior doctor and his next placement in August is too far for him to commute everyday.

The flat is spacious with a nice open plan kitchen/living room. Your room is the biggest one out of the 2. The room isn’t en-suite but you will have your own bathroom and will have the sole use as I have my own ensuite. It’s a big bathroom with a bath and shower. Parking is available but will need to rent a space from someone in the building so not guaranteed. This is what we currently do and have no issues. Currently £80 a month.

There is a huge gym and Tesco 5 min walk away. Around 10 mins walk there is White City retail park which has another gym, Aldi, M&S and Nando’s. Tram stop is about a 5 min walk that goes into the city within 10 mins. Couldn’t fault the location.

I’m looking for an easy going flatmate who is tidy but chill and is happy to go for a drink or an event every so often. I’m good friends with my current flatmate so looking to match that.
